As the Operations Manager at Drivr, a green taxi company in Denmark, I am accountable for managing a fleet of more than 80 drivers with over 15 nationalities and 60 cars. I am committed to promoting the growth and development of our drivers as individuals and professionals. I take great pride in delivering tailored coaching and mentorship to each driver, guaranteeing they have access to the appropriate resources, assistance, and expertise to perform at their best.
