- Apply Cost Analysis(CA) for AKFTA(Korea) & ACFTA(China) - Apply Certificate of Origin for AKFTA(Korea) & ACFTA(China) - Usage of DagangNet for COO & CA Application - Dealing with Ministry of International Trade and Industry for any issue/approval related to COO & CA - Usage of Supplier Network Gateway(SNG) Applied Material. -Usage of LAM portal (TMS) - Usage of VAT system VAT Solution/D365 in downloading delivery detail report, sales report, attachment of file such as invoice, PTN and etc. -Shipment arrangement - Consistently work on maintaining good understanding, communication and relationship with our customers, airlines, trucking companies and service standards. - Timely response on emails from customers, suppliers, carriers and our internal network

Inspecting output samples using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards, measuring dimensions and examining functionality Checking that the assembly or production line adheres to standards and procedures and complying with legal requirements Reviewing blueprints and specifications to compare to produced goods Recording inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and wastes and inputting data into quality database Training the production team on quality control measures to improve product excellence Proposing improvements to the production process Monitoring the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and discard any that do not meet requirements Updating job knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities and regular training Keeping measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements and calling for repairs
Enter data according to Standard Operating Procedure, Respond to queries for information and access relevant files, Record information in Cargo Wise 1 system, Check completed work for accuracy, Proactively communicate with Internal and External customer, Keeping sensitive customer or company information confidential, Do daily and weekly report job accuracy.
Responsible to keep the warehouse well organize and clean, Ensure all goods in and out are properly loaded and unloaded.
