· Six-month consulting internship in the fashion sector: - Enhancement of the efficiency of a fashion brand’s workshop. First, through the streamlining of its interactions with the other departments and more particularly the style and production departments, by institutionalizing certain processes. Then, through the reorganization of the workshop and the creation and implementation of tools to better monitor time spent and collection costs.
· Six-month business strategy internship: - Market repositioning of Reverso and its services: conception and execution of a strategy to position Reverso as a leader of language learning and not just translation. This includes a prior analysis of market opportunities and a gauging of market interest.
