Qualification Test for German Projects
Supporting Project Manager and team during the Executive phase of the projects, from beginning of cable and accessories production to their final delivery to installation site or Customer’s warehouse. The activities mainly refer to: • Procurement: creating Intercompany orders to Prysmian factories, orders to third suppliers with a long term agreement, purchase requisition with third suppiers. • Logistics: managing shipments of materials from the factory/supplier to the client/site of installation, both inside and outside EU. Main projects followed: German Corridors Projects
Management of Purchase Orders for the procurement of goods and services from external suppliers and/or intercompany with SAP. Creation of Customer Master Data. Support to the Project Manager in the organization of inspections and tests in the presence of customers and third parties at the various group factories and/or internal or external laboratories. Organization and monitoring of shipments: organizing collection and delivery at destination; management of loading and unloading of materials and/or equipment from the company ́s factories, warehouses and laboratories. Preparation and management of shipping documents: shipping invoices, packing lists, various certificates, import and export declarations, instructions for customs documents, loading and unloading documents on/from ships, etc. Organization of visits by customer delegations at company's offices and operating personnel.
Part of a small team responsible for a complete audit of the corporate annual statement. Development of revenue and expense trends for each department to be used in budgeting. Responsible for tracking all expenses and creating a monthly report for executives.
Creating a business plan for the market entry of the new product “3D printed glasses”. Researching market conditions in assigned target markets. Responsible for the development of the new product. Creation of Customer Master Data with Access. Support in production and post-production.
