My journey in product management began through an insightful evolution from a business analyst role into a product owner at Johnson Controls, where I embraced the dynamic challenge of aligning technical capabilities with strategic business objectives. Over five enriching years, I've cultivated expertise in crafting user-centric products that drive tangible operational improvements, foster customer retention, and boost organizational growth.
