About

I’m passionate about transforming complex user needs into innovative digital solutions. My journey in product management began through an insightful evolution from a business analyst role into a product owner at Johnson Controls, where I embraced the dynamic challenge of aligning technical capabilities with strategic business objectives. Over five enriching years, I've cultivated expertise in crafting user-centric products that drive tangible operational improvements, foster customer retention, and boost organizational growth. What excites me most is the intersection of technology and user experience – leveraging data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions, refine product features, and ultimately, deliver solutions that meaningfully enhance user lives. This enthusiasm is bolstered by my rigorous training and certification in SAFe® methodologies, including SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager and SAFe® Scrum Master, equipping me with robust frameworks to manage product lifecycles effectively in agile environments. Currently, I am deepening my analytical acumen through the Master of Science in Business Analytics program at Gies College of Business, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. This academic pursuit complements my professional experience by sharpening my capability to interpret data insights and translate them into strategic business actions. I am always eager to connect with fellow enthusiasts and professionals interested in exploring how analytics-driven strategies and agile methodologies can redefine product management practices. Feel free to reach out – I look forward to engaging conversations and potential collaborations!
