About

With two decades of dedication to the nonprofit sector, my tenure at The LGBTQ Center was marked by substantial growth in both visibility and fundraising revenues. At Jung Consultants, this journey continues, focusing on enabling other organizations to reach similar milestones. My expertise lies in fundraising, board development, strategic planning, and program development. The team under my leadership witnessed a surge in productivity and program output, thanks to mentoring and strategic guidance. As a spokesperson, I raised the profile and relevance of our mission. These experiences have honed my competencies in executive coaching and project management, ensuring that every project I undertake is geared towards fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all stakeholders involved.

Plan and execute the largest LGBTQ+ Festival and Parade in Indiana. The Circle City IN Pride Festival and Parade is an 11 day celebration with 18 separate events. Each year the Circle City IN Pride Festival and Parade welcomes thousands of visitors to Indianapolis. In 2017 I secured over $180,000 in sponsorships, a 40% increase over the previous year. I increased revenue by 30%. The diversity of events and attendance has grown in the last two years. I incorporated an interfaith service, a bicycle event, a youth event and increased the visibility and attendance of our Transgender event. All events in 2017 saw an increase of attendance. I managed several large changes in 2017, including a change of venue for the Festival, extended hours of the Festival, made changes to the Parade route, and introduced a ticket for the Festival. I reported to the Board of directors regularly. Managed a volunteer staff of 8 and a volunteer team of over 300 individuals. Worked with many vendors, negotiating several contracts.
