As a passionate "process a(u)tomizer" I keep an eye on both sides of a process - how to automize, but very ofter how to make the process disappear, to atomize. I can describe myself as a passionate Leader with extensive international and especially transformational/ restructuring experience, 19 years in Paper Industry (7 in Finland), since 2010 in Pharma, in 2019 leaving corporate world to start as Interim Manager & Senior Advisor helping companies to perform. Started professional life as mechanical fitter for agricultural machines, studied Computer Sciences, worked in HR, BI/ International Project Management and finally moved to Finance/ Controlling. I could successfully demonstrate the ability to build, strengthen and lead high performance teams (global/local, expert teams & complex organsiations) in start-up, turnaround, stable and high growth situations. In my "finance navigator role", as business partner on eye level, I supported operations management in Investment, divestments, make-or-buy and especially in program management (mobilize, orchestrate, track) for complex profit improvement programmes. Since 2019 I'm enjoying the senior advisor role, translating my long-lasting experience in client's success. Fearless of data & complexity, process-driven, I'm helping my clients in backfilling (almost any finance role), re-engineering (reporting, consolidation, processes) or getting "the streets cleaned" by finishing pending everlasting projects & tasks.
