Social Media: *Content creation, reporting, and advertising for Linkedin and Career Instagram pages with weekly monthly plans in line with our employer brand strategies and internal company agenda. Awarding Systems: *Managing the design, end-to-end execution, budget planning, and organization of our award programs that recognize the year's most outstanding and effective projects in ETi. Inhouse Events: *Organize Town Hall meetings to improve communication between the CEO, top management, and employees, and adapt this to all ETi's global offices (10 countries). *Designing company events in line with defined strategies, preparing budget plans, developing and reporting based on feedback collected through post-event surveys. University Campus Programs * Take the main responsibility to create communication strategies of ETi working closely with the agency. * Ensure effective management of ETi Brand as an Employer both internally and externally. * Manage and operate all university relations and campus programs throughout the year. * Working for implementing university campus programs to the Global. Young Talent Programs * Take a role in creating and managing Global Young Talent Program "ETi.D.E." as a long-term Internship program. * Create a young talent pool which enables to hire successful interns in ETi by employer branding activities. Employee Engagement * Take the main responsibility of applying what employees want in the light of "Employee Engagement Survey" executing in all ETi global chapters. Social Media Channels * Work closely with social media agencies to manage ETi HR Brand on social media. * Support Recruitment department by advertising job postings on social media and internal digital channels. * Budgeting for the ETi social clubs, managing its activities, and carrying out its planning and communications. ( 15 social clubs ) Project Management * Carry out joint projects working closely with relevant functions in line with the strategic priorities.
-Carrying out extensive communication studies and implementations in order to strengthen the employer brand perception -Researching latest trends in employer branding, employee-employer relations, employee-lifecycle, creative and successful implementations etc. -Managing social media channels and reporting; creating and scheduling weekly content plan for career accounts (spesifically based on Instagram) and Linkedin page, measuring all indicators: total engagement, followers, clicks, CTR, conversion rate etc. -Executing project communications; Türk Telekom START Young Talent Programme, “Gelişim Üssü” Development Programme (Cyber Security Camp, “Future of Work” Hackathon, Cyber Security Ideathon, Cloud Computing Camp), “Gelecek Benim” [technology based interviews with professionals (from Microsoft, TOGEB, Bahçeşehir & Bilgi University] -Communicating with esteemed universities and university student clubs, creating events and developing collaboration designs -Managing the award applications process -Executing budget planning and media purchasing processes -Creating ‘Türk Telekom Akademi’ Youtube channel’s content strategy
