In 2018, I was accepted to Yıldız Technical University (YTU) Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics. With my high GPA, which represents the success I showed during my undergraduate education, I applied for a Double Major in the Bioengineering Program and as a result of my success in the Yıldız Technical University English Proficiency Exam (YTU-İYS), I was accepted to the YTU Bioengineering Program. With Prof. Dr. Tülin ÖZBEK's offers, I started working at the Molecular Biology and Genetics Laboratory in February 2021. During this period, I conducted many experiments on protein engineering and learned and actively used many techniques (SDS, Western Blotting, Agorose Gel Electrophoresis, PCR, Bretford, cloning, transformation, purification, etc.). With the support of my project titled "Lysogenic Phage Isolation from Methicillin-Resistant S.aureus Clinical Isolates", which I wrote in 2021, within the scope of TUBITAK 2209, I started to carry out studies in the field of antibiotic resistance and virology and ı learned developed many new techniques (spot test, DNA purification, RNA purification, Double Agar Overlay). At the end of 2021, with YTU MBG department head Prof. Dr. Nelisa LAÇİN's offer, I started working as an assistant student at the Animal Cell Culture Laboratory within YTU, where I learned animal cell culture techniques and viability test methodologies. During my tenure in the laboratory, group work, leading the group, mastery of molecular biology techniques, mastery of microbial study techniques, mastery of techniques used in protein engineering studies, mastery of animal cell culture techniques, toxicity, and viability test applications, effective use of laboratory materials, intervention in possible crises, helplessness. I have gained the ability to solve problems and produce solution-oriented approaches in situations. In 2023, I started working at Ali Raif İlaç Sanayi A.Ş. (ARIS) as International Markets Assistant Product Manager. During my time working within ARİS, I have had the opportunity to develop my competencies in establishing commercial relations with our partner companies, executing and monitoring the relevant processes, controlling the process management of other departments that will be involved in the process, carrying out the follow-up processes, analyzing existing market opportunities and market conditions of the country where the relevant market is located. I found. I currently continue to work at ARIS.
