I specialize in middleware platform operations, secure file transfer systems, and infrastructure automation — working across UNIX/Linux, Windows, and OpenShift environments. Coordinate with network teams and update GT-ORBIT database entries to ensure seamless deployments. • Handle user and team authorizations on GT-ORBIT and Dynatrace (LDAP-based access control); process host disable/remove requests. • SCOM: Deploy, remove, and troubleshoot agents; manage alerts, resolve grey agent issues (cache cleanup, port checks), configure maintenance modes, and support host decommissioning. • Dynatrace: Manage agent deployments/removals and team authorizations; oversee host lifecycle operations from the console. • Instana: Verify agent presence on designated hosts and report missing installations. • TrueSight (BSA): Perform daily agent health checks; resolve errors (service restarts, certificate installs, agent re-installs); initiate compliance/patch analysis jobs (e.g., PCI DSS, DC Day). • Perform and support Windows server provisioning and patching via TrueSight Server Automation (BMC) • Perform RayVentory inventory uploads on UNIX systems via SecureCRT with dzdo privileges. • Operate on VMware vSphere hosts for service operations, certificate updates, and agent-related tasks. • Develop Python scripts to automate repetitive tasks (YAML parsing, Excel comparisons, exporting server IPs). • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track agent deployments, alert distributions, and system health. • Create and update documentation (Word, OneNote, Confluence) to support knowledge sharing and cross-team collaboration. • Propose and document user-experience improvements for GT-ORBIT (the internal platform previously known as GTCloud, used by users to request Windows and UNIX server provisioning), drafting actionable recommendations for smoother provisioning workflows.
• Proven experience with ITSM tools such as 4me(Xurrent), JIRA, Ultia, Zendesk and LogoHelpin. • Successfully managed service operations, incident resolution and documentation in projects such as ETi, DeFacto, Digiturk and KOÇ. • Continued delivery of SLA targets. I led the ETi project, overseeing the definition of the strategy, coordination of international meetings, preparation of over 100 documents and provision of SAP (S/4HANA, SRM) L1 support and approval processes.
