I am working as EDU Design & Release Engineer. - Managing the complete development and release of EDU systems - eMotors, inverters, transmissions, and control units, from pre-concept through to series production. - Ensuring technical targets—cost, weight, quality, and functionality—were met throughout the product lifecycle. - Conducting in-vehicle setup and diagnostics using Vector and ETAS tools, supporting calibration and integration activities. - Coordinating timely software/calibration deliveries aligned with program milestones and hardware assumptions. - Managing supplier selection and technical evaluation of EDU systems to meet performance and reliability requirements. - Planning and managing testing and validation processes, analyzing results to resolve issues and ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards. - Responsible for the key quality documentation such as DVP, DFMEA and supporting 6 Sigma and 8D methodologies for root cause analysis of field/customer claims. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams—including software, battery, manufacturing, SQE, purchasing, and vehicle integration—to ensure seamless integration of EDU systems across vehicle platforms. - Following trends & innovative technologies in the industry and realizing benchmark activities
I am working as Design & Release Engineer in BEV Program. - Responsible for the design and release activities of Mount system in BEV Program, - Support BEV Program according to Global Product Development Systems (GPDS) timing and deliverables, - Manage project outlines, time plans and financials within the Agile ways of working, - Take an active role with global suppliers to achieve optimum system design and validation process, - Lead cross functional team including design, supplier, purchasing, STA, manufacturing, validation, - Delivery to the program gateways by achieving quality, cost, timing, function and weight requirements, - Manage FMA(failure mode avoidance) including the foundation documents such as Quality History report, P-diagram, Boundary Diagram, SCCAF, DFMEA, - Support commodity sourcing strategy, supplier selection, quality documentation and value management, - Follow trends & innovative technologies in the industry and realizing benchmark activities, - Part release and BOM Validation, - Integration of the test plan and resolution of the integrated test plan issue, - Resolution of the technical and quality issues by using 8D process and 6 Sigma tools.
I was working at PVT department (PVT: Plant Vehicle Team: includes product development & quality & cost reduction sides) - Investigate external customer claims related to Powertrain Systems, understand the root cause and take necessary actions collaborating with cross functional team, - Analyze warranty data (0 & 3 MIS Warranty), identify component design/integration issues, review assembly processes and take action to contain/eliminate product quality concerns of Powertrain components and systems, - Support the Manufacturing plant for Engineering internal customer issues, - Manage Powertrain engineering design changes by working closely with Manufacturing, Service, Purchasing and Finance divisions, - Use 6 Sigma tools and 8D processes for resolution of complex problems, - Arrange audits if required at the individual assembly processes or at suppliers, - Doing product development activities via concerns at running change phase, - Managing engineering deviations from manufacturing and/or supplier with Alert process.
