Responsible for all sales and after-sales activities for approximately 20 European software/machinery and consumable materials manufacturers represented in the Turkish foundry industry. • Ensure existing customers' satisfaction who already have software/machinery and consumable materials from represented companies. • Analyze sales data to track performance and adjust strategies as needed. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. • Create and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve company goals. • Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities. • Engage in high-level negotiations with clients to secure deals that benefit both parties.
Responsible for all commercial and technical sales activities about ASK Chemicals ASK Metallurgy products in Turkish foundry industry. • Overview of the market, shares as well as informing upper management about latest requirements of foundry industry ASK Chemicals and ASK Metallurgy products. • Establishing strong commercial and technical relationships with customers. • Proper use of CRM database including; - entering accurate sales forecast volume, pricing and timing - reporting from commercial/technical visits and relevant customer communications - registering of customers operating rate and inventory levels - preparing quotations - market and competitive intelligence • Strengthening and advancing relationships with key accounts by boosting sales, improving profit margins, expanding product offerings, and streamlining operational processes.
• Conducted existing and potential customer visits to create new sales and business opportunities. • Performing customer based projects and trial management of different types of product on site. • Traning of customer and end users to enhance product application. • Resolving customer complaints and requests as well as sharing all those feedbacks with ASK experts. • Following up all payments monthly and annually. • Reporting all studies on market sales to ASK Chemicals TR and ASK Chemicals EU management.
• Preparation of technical instructions of semi-raw and raw materials to be used in serial production. • Determination of new product process parameters to perform production in accordance with the customer specifications and technical drawings. • Taking in charge during all technical process of new projects by planning prototype, trial and pre-serial production during APQP process. • Building and leading the Project Teams before serial production. Carrying out the process development and reduction of costs activities as part of Risk Analyse studies. • Carrying out the studies of decreasing scrap rate, increasing efficiency and reduction of costs. • Performing corrective and preventive actions with the help of the after sales teams by building teams according to the customer complaints. Performing domestic and abroad customer visits. • Carrying out, reporting and presenting the U in niversity-Industry Projects, Tubitak Projects by building project teams.
• Investigation of new materials, processes, equipment and advanced tehnological methods of production. Contribute to multifunctional teams for various improvement and development activities • Coordinate and control the prototype production of the projects to ensure desired experimental conditions occur. • Define necessary technological investment requirements of production to meet customer needs. • Prepare the necessary action plans in accordance with customer complaints. • Carrying out the trial castings of new materials in the R/D casting foundry.. • Initiating and performing proses development, cost reduction, quality improvement and capacity increase activities
• Following up of all daily activities in the production line and ensuring technically that production output meets production and quality targets. • Controlling, following and developing of the consumptions standarts of the raw material and auxiliary raw materials amounts used in production departments. • Preparing and implementing action plans effectively to maximize overall equipment efficiency of production machines. • Management of foundry staff and organizing shifts aiming a utilization of manpower accurately.
Project : Experimental study on heat transfer of the magnetorheological (MR) fluids • Literature researching of the project. • Carrying out the purchasing of the equipments and materials required for the project. • Synthesizing and characterization (particle size, SEM/EDX, TEM) of the smart material (MR fluid) in the laboratories. • Measuring of the material viscosity by using rheometer. Carrying out the heat transfer measurements by using cell established by the Product-Development department of Arçelik A.Ş. • Carrying out the experimental studies in laboratories and performing R&D studies during preparing interim-final reports of experiments.
