As a project manager, I am responsible for the success of complex acquisition and development projects that aim at the efficient implementation of high-technology products for national and international customers. My used project management standard reflects classic methods based on the IPMA standard but equally utilizes agile project management methods in accordance with the needs of the respective project. Thanks to my strong stakeholder orientation, coupled with the ability to work in interdisciplinary teams, I am convinced that I would deliver a valuable contribution to any organization. I am familiar with all processes from the initial product idea, its development up to the acceptance procedures with the customer. Complex, technical products are the focus of my professional interests and challenges me. Therefore, I am always ready to involve additional specialist knowledge and apply it in practice. An intensive and goal-oriented cooperation within teams of various areas of a company fulfills my passion for this job.
