Walter Hungary: - Improve technical competence of Walter employees in the area of metal cutting: turning, drilling, threading and milling. - Technical training for customers - from metal cutting basics to "tailor made" technical trainings, practical demonstrations. - New product presentations during organised customer events, roadshows. - Supporting the marketing activities: promotions, advertising, brochures. - Proofreading of technical translations (catalogue, softwares, brochures, etc.) Walter Headquarter: - Developing new training materials (presentations, methods) in specific areas of metal cutting.
Supervising and developing the used technology for mold&die machining in HSC milling machines. Following new product introduction of different tool suppliers, trial and evaluate the performance of them and apply productive solutions in our production. Researching and developing metal cutting technologies for difficult to cut materials (Nickel-and Cobalt based super-alloys) in cooperation with different tool suppliers.
Programming, tooling and machining workpieces for the mold&die industry. (single part or low batch size manufacturing) Creating CNC programs, setting up the machining parameters for most productive and also reliable process. Control and measuring of the machined workpiece.
