- Managing CEO's calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements. - Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests. -Assist with recruitment processes. -Assist with performance management procedures. -Performing administrative tasks and duties. -Assist in managing internal projects, tracking progress and ensuring deliverables. -Support the coordination of training sessions and seminars. -Maintain digital and electronic records of employees when required. -Make reports and relay instructions, decisions and messages from the CEOs to the appropriate stakeholders. -Handle bookings, reservations and venue arrangements for business functions and events. - Assist with employee orientations and updating new staff records.
