- Curriculum owner for three lines of business. - Led the design and development of training for a business unit-wide software transition and ensured a smooth changeover with no productivity loss. - Conducted train-the-trainer facilitations for all trainings launched within a business unit’s curricula. - Established standardized guidelines and reusable templates for Vyond, Storyline, assessments, and other instructional tools, elevating content quality and accelerating development timelines across the design team. - Collaborated with international teams to create company-wide software security training.
