I was also an English tutor at one of the local schools in my village and I have developed a passion for becoming a long term English teacher. IT Systems Support NQF Level 5 (Learnership at Total Energies) I’m currently enrolled in a 12-month NQF Level 5 Learnership in IT Systems Support through Total Energies, where I’m gaining practical, hands-on experience while developing core technical and professional skills in the IT field. This qualification focuses on providing technical support across various IT systems and environments. Through this program, I am learning how to: • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software for end users • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide efficient support to maintain business operations • Understand basic networking concepts and assist in the maintenance of network systems • Implement IT security practices to protect data and systems • Deliver customer-focused support, improving user experience and system reliability • Communicate effectively and work collaboratively within an IT support team My time at Total Energies has exposed me to real-world IT operations in a corporate environment, helping me grow both technically and professionally. I’m developing essential soft skills like time management, adaptability, and teamwork — all crucial for success in IT support roles.
