Logistics & communication • regular communication of ongoing activity onsite: mapping routes for heavy transports, road works and deviations for shutdowns and simultaneous active projects. • detect possible interferences between different projects and provide solutions (troubleshooting and mediation). • determining a system of standardized internal routes to production units and third parties including locations of road signs. (Single route by destination) • point of contact for the organization of temporary parking permits. • Establish a ground contamination map in terms of the required PPEs during excavation work. • Cartographic display of speed within the site. • Logistics and communications for laying pipelines on pipe racks (inspection of laydown areas, visualization of the Commissioning Plan; create and update cartographic working documents)
