-Enterprise team responsible for all aspects in the IAM space (IGA, SSO, MFA, etc..) which provides global support/design for Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint, Beyond Trust, Active Directory and many others tools. -Support auditing for SOX & NIST via internal and external audit teams via access reviews and ownership tagging. -Heavily involved in all Merger, Divestiture and Acquisition activities. -Developed and run AD governance programs to ensure proper policy is adhered to and reviewed on an ongoing basis
Manage a global team responsible for: -Azure AD, Active Directory & certificate (Digicert) environment health throughout the org. -Work as part of the extended IAM team to help architect and integrate identity solutions through the org. -Merger/diviestiture work in the IAm space focused around AD, server and collaboration migrations -In addition, the team is responsible for architectural design work for the infrastructure team.
Manage enterprise team handling day to day activities and large programs/projects across multiple Fortune 500 outsourced accounts for North America. Handle all escalations following ITIL & Six Sigma processes as well as advise on project scope, solutions and direction.
Manage all aspects of the Wintel space from OS down to hardware for North America (tickets, service requests, projects) Develop virtualization strategy and deployment procedures and provide 3rd level support globally. All while juggling proper staffing levels and SLA's.
Design and Implementation engineer for NT 4 domain, AD and NDS infrastructures.
