Founded Call Centre Managers from the corner of an office in a converted Brewery in deepest Wiltshire with an old, clunky 286 IBM machine a self built access database, a telephone and a fax (yes a FAX!) to a successful, highly profitable Contact Centre Management recruitment business working across the UK and Europe. Determination, blind youthful (sometimes misplaced) confidence, a great team and no doubt a healthy helping of luck helped make it a great success! I can still remember the feeling of the first successful placement (Jenny) - absolutely tremendous accompanied by a generous amount of 'whooping' and air punching while driving my beat up 1988 Astra with balding tyres, a tape deck and no heating home.
