Guy Al Feghali graduated with a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering. He worked cross-functionally on several waste management projects across Africa and the Middle East, notably leading technical studies, tendering processes, and operational management. Determined to act for climate change, he went on to pursue a Master’s in International Environmental Management at Mines ParisTech and Tsinghua University. In 2020, he joined Hynamics, an EDF subsidiary specialized in the production and commercialization of renewable and low-carbon hydrogen for industry and heavy mobility. As a Business Developer within Hynamics, he is focused on bringing hydrogen to market through developing hydrogen local ecosystems in France.

Project : Provision of MSW Collection & Transportation, of Street Sweeping and Cleaning Services for the Emirate of Abu Dhabi Lot 4 (+100M USD, 10 000 km2, 1400 tons per day, 1300 employees, 200 vehicles) • Spearheaded the management and execution of the project including set-up, mobilization, procurement and operations • Applied principles of waste management theory to advance and improve level of services and efficiency • Set up with the project manager the project goals, objectives and KPIs relevant for monitoring • Prepared roll-up budget as well as quarterly and monthly budgets and reports with a close monitoring of the project's operational and financial KPIs

Construction of Water and Wastewater Networks for the Caza of Jbeil – Lebanon • Liaised with local authority, consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project • Managed day to day site activities, including supervision and monitoring of site labor force and sub-contractors • Planned the work, efficiently organized the plant and site facilities and ensured deadlines were met • Managed, monitored and interpreted the contract design documents
