Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area
For more than 25 years, I've helped design teams, developers and builders move from design intent to a façade that can actually be engineered, priced, produced, installed and repeated. That work spans 1,500+ projects and over $750 million in contracts across Montreal, Quebec City, Ottawa, Toronto, Boston and New York, projects like 11 Hoyt and Greenpoint Landing in Brooklyn, and 70 Vestry and 100 Claremont in Manhattan. My foundation is architectural precast, but the work has taken me further: UHPC veneer with architects like Renzo Piano (575 Broome, The Forum at Columbia), heritage conservation, and heavy civil infrastructure. I've led sales, estimating and preconstruction teams in both precast and curtain wall organizations. At BPDL, where I spent nearly fifteen years building the New York and Boston markets, and at Groupe Lessard, where our team grew the backlog to a record $90 million. That range gives me a practical grip on envelope systems, interfaces, constructability, cost, schedule and risk, the full envelope. As General Manager of SWBV, a startup precast manufacturer, I built the organization from the ground up: a multidisciplinary team of 40+ people, and $20M+ in contracts originated while the plant was still being commissioned. I've shared this experience through conferences and teaching — AIA New York, Zak World of Façades, Facades+, ACI — and courses at École de technologie supérieure on curtain walls, windows and precast concrete. I'm a professional engineer (OIQ) who started in mining and geotechnical engineering across South America, Central America and Western Canada. That work shaped how I operate today: with adaptability, respect for field conditions, and the conviction that good solutions come from listening to the people who actually have to build them. Outside of work, I've always been drawn to exploration, endurance and shared challenges, ice climbing, long-distance cycling, canoe expeditions with my daughters. Those experiences aren't separate from my professional life. They shaped how I lead, how I read people, and how I approach difficult projects. Today I lead business development and preconstruction at Modular Precast Systems and North American business development for State Window Corp. I speak French, English and Spanish, and I value long-term relationships, direct conversations, and teams willing to solve real problems together.
