About

With over 32 years of experience in the fintech industry, including 25 years in the Asia Pacific region, I have played a pivotal role in Murex's growth and global expansion. I joined Murex in 1992, initially contributing to the development of the commodities and the FX platform. In 1997, I relocated to Tokyo to help establish Murex Japan, marking the beginning of my deep involvement in the Asia-Pacific market. In 2001, we established the regional headquarters for Murex APAC in Singapore. I took on the role of CEO for Murex APAC. Over the next two decades, we opened offices in Sydney, Beijing, Hong Kong, and Seoul, while building a solid customer base and ensuring sustained business growth. From 2022 to 2024, I relocated to Paris and served as Global Head of Client Services, overseeing teams across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. In this role, I participated in driving strategic initiatives, implemented key management changes, and strengthened global client relationships. Throughout my career and under my leadership, the Murex long term vision coupled to the company's client centric model have been critical to Murex’s success in the fintech space in the APAC region. The company have been recognized as the major partner to the regional and local banks, contributing in the development of the capital markets activity regionally.

I have been involved in the establishment and opening of the following entities excluding Murex Asia that was established already when I joined. Since 2001, we established the Singapore entity, and we relocated the regional headquarters to Singapore. Shortly after, we started the Australian entity followed by the Beijing office in 2005, then the Korean and the Hong Kong offices.
