General Manager of the largest international Healthcare Distributor in Laos (circa. 100 headcount) covering prescription, OTC, consumer health and medical devices products. In about 2 years I was able to implement global processes and straighten up a fragile business with substantial profitability improvement. Developed solutions to bridge the gap between principal and patients/consumers comprising distribution, sales and marketing activities, data solutions and other value added services. The vision was to improve overall healthcare environment in Laos working with authorities, major pharmaceutical multinational companies and building internal processes in order to improve access to safe pharmaceutical products to patients.
