Advising and assisting mining companies in developing and conducting sustainable and responsible mining projects in Canada and in the OHADA zone of Central and West Africa. Support throughout the life cycle of projects, with a focus on stakeholder management, Sustainability and CSR/CSP strategies, compliance with local legal and regulatory framework, Strategic HR management, Governance of local subsidiaries. Also offering interim executive sustainability and country management services to lead the start-up and early phases of the mining project development cycle in full compliance with standards, principles and best practices of ICMM , IFC, EITI and of the Host country. Also active supporting and advising Local Governments and Mine Ministries in host countries in developing their public policies, programs and codes in support to the mining sector.

While serving as Senior HR Management Consultant I delivered quality support to the general management of mining projects and operations on implementing corporate strategies in the field of HR and People management. Some of my contributions to the organisation include: • Created final content related to the HR section of the Feasibility Study of Dynamic Mining project situated in Guinea. • Conducted audit, investigated alternatives, and formulated an action plan aimed at effective HR organisation and reduced operational costs of Kore Potash business in Congo.
