I’m a Stavanger-based Business Development and Operations Manager with a hands-on background in building structure, performance, and delivery across complex industrial environments. I currently represent AISUS in Norway, supporting operators and asset owners with inspection and integrity services across offshore and onshore assets — helping translate technical capability into practical, actionable outcomes. My background spans more than 30 years across industrial manufacturing, supply chains, and multi-site operations in the Nordics and internationally. I’ve managed environments where performance depends on clear structure, disciplined processes, and close collaboration between commercial and operational teams. Methodologies such as Lean and PRINCE2 have shaped how I work, but the focus is always practical: creating rhythm, accountability, and predictable delivery in complex settings. Living and working in Norway, and through close involvement with the aquaculture sector, I’ve developed a strong appreciation for how technology, sustainability, and local competence come together — particularly where operational performance and environmental responsibility must coexist. Mandated to establish and scale AISUS Offshore’s Norwegian operation across offshore and onshore inspection and integrity services. Leading market entry and structured commercial growth within the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS), operating at the intersection of asset integrity, regulatory compliance, and commercial performance. Responsible for: • Strategic operator engagement and relationship development at senior level • Full commercial lifecycle ownership — from opportunity origination through to contract award • Building a disciplined, forecast-driven pipeline aligned with board visibility • Framing early-stage inspection scope to align operational risk with AISUS capability • Ensuring alignment with Norwegian regulatory frameworks and operator governance standards • Positioning AISUS as a credible, embedded integrity partner — not a transactional vendor The objective is long-term platform build: Establish AISUS as a trusted, repeat partner within Norwegian operator portfolios and create scalable, sustainable growth in one of the world’s most demanding offshore markets.
