- Led 0 to 1 as Digital Product Executive for the products. Hiring, expanding and leading the Product and UX team for a Digital / Challenger Bank ($500M capital raised by VCs and Family offices) - Led product strategy, product roadmap, OKRs, and product delivery with the founding team (non-shareholders). - As a serial Venture builder, advise and codesign with the rest of the leadership team, the foundation, strategy, TOM, team structures, and main responsible for the product-led squad organization (160 employees) - Led the 0 to 14 product squads of the new digital bank as Product Executive. Startup became one the largest fintech in Saudi, beat other digital bank first to the market, and achieved one of the biggest PIF investment ever.
digid is developing a new kind of diagnostics solution through a proprietary combination of sensors, biotech, A.I. and software. The goal is to bring a Point of Laboratory to a Nespresso-like machine (100x more efficient and cheaper). Raised $8M in Seed financing in record time by VCs. First achieved goal was a Covid-19 Test kit that directly detected the virus over the entire course of the infection and can be read immediately, without the need for a laboratory. Tested in conjunction to German university and government approval (after 5 months of company funding). - Led Product lines (Apps, machine, and integration) with internal team and vendors. - Developed, led, and delivered in record time (4x months) a companion digital lab app, the business model, and the platform monetization to multiple x20 with the company investment (AI database platform). - Achieved a $60M pre-money valuation in the last financing round. Partially exit to a well-know company after 6 months of founding. Managed all Digital Products, Services and Go-to-Market.
