Responsible for leading the downstream marketing strategy and lifecycle management of Alcon’s Phaco and Vitreoretinal platforms in Brazil. Responsible for driving brand growth through strong market insight, cross‑functional collaboration, customer‑centric value propositions, and flawless execution across product lifecycle, launches, and portfolio optimization; Lead go‑to‑market planning, including positioning, value proposition, pricing, and promotional excellence; Partner closely with Sales, Clinical, Training, Customer Operations and Market Access teams to maximize adoption and commercial performance.
Responsible for managing and developing Alcon relationship with key strategic accounts; Manage regular business reviews with customer to assess performance; Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling; Work closely with marketing, technical services and customer service teams in order to ensure a cohesive approach to account management.
In charge of Brazil Technical Services organization, leading back office, technical support and field service engineer’s team. Responsible for Services Business P&L and spare parts supply process/forecast; Responsible for top line service sales revenue quota for Brazil Surgical Business. Establish sales and expenses target for BR. Services within LATAM region. Provide support to Sales / Marketing on the guarantee and maintenance of Alcon surgical equipment installed base.
