• Lead for staffing, programs and IT budgets for the BNY Mellon India & its affiliates • Lead a global team of Network Engineering & Configuration Management and 24x7 Network Operations teams • As a lead of Network team in India (Chennai & Pune), I am responsible for fostering collaboration across global business & technology organizations. Also build & maintain strong internal customer relationship, work with Business Partners, Internal Staff and System Integrators to ensure delivery of quality services in alignment with global initiatives • Have rich experience in planning technology, civil, interiors and electrical requirements for setting-up development, and operations centres for BNY Mellon and its affiliates. Lead implementation of over 18,00,000 Sq. ft. of office space in Chennai and Pune respectively • Innovation Lab – Lead implementation of 1,12,000 Sq. ft. of innovation labs. The facility was designed keeping internet-of-things as concept and allowing developers to program their workspace thereby creating rich user-experience/various business opportunities • Incubation Center – Lead Implemented of 4,000 Sq. ft. of incubation centre to develop ideas using tools & techniques that will be become a real life business opportunity • Usability Lab – Have rich experience in designing & implementing the Usability Labs. UX Lab is an environment where users are studied interacting with a system for the sake of evaluating the system’s usability, the sessions are filmed and the software will log interaction details
• Lead a ‘24x7 Level2 Network Operations team’ responsible for troubleshooting Data Center, Backbone, Metro Ethernet, Leased Line and access related issues in the service-provider network • Lead the business proposal to create a ‘Level3 support team as advanced support group – ASG’. The new team is also responsible for service transitioning the projects between Business – Technology functions and lead various network transformation activities • Directed the design and deployment of QoS for various customers in the service-provider network • Lead one of the SIFY’s largest backbone migration coordinated in a single window to migrate all the T1 PoPs from 7200 Routers + Leased line to CRS Routers + STM4 capacity • Lead the Network implementation for Reserve Bank of India (IDRBT project) to implement Juniper SRX Routers in their Core/Edge Network • The IDRBT project involves plan/build/operationalize India’s largest financial network backbone on the Juniper hardware using MPLS and GETVPN technology
