- Developing and implementing lesson plans and teaching strategies tailored to the individual needs of each student. - Providing guidance and support to students to help them improve their academic performance and achieve their goals. - Keeping accurate records of student progress and attendance, and providing regular feedback to students
- Involved in numerous branding, outreaching, and recruitment activities. - Lead delegation visits for government bodies, corporate entities, and other educational institutes - Promote engineering and its disciplines through a multitude of activities
- Provide IT support to different government departments - Responsible for technical onboarding and offboarding processes which include hardware procurement and collection, laptop setup, account setup, and technical orientations for new hires - Maintain inventory of all company hardware and software assets owned by ITMD - Assist in the day-to-day administration of all IT systems including email and office applications , network resources and end user hardware.
