About

I am a clinician-led digital health innovator working at the intersection of clinical practice, artificial intelligence, and product-led software development. At Johns Hopkins Medicine – Anadolu Medical Center, I contribute to medication safety, insulin infusion management, evidence-based practice, and endocrine tumour board coordination. My focus is on translating high-risk clinical workflows into practical digital tools that improve protocol adherence, reduce medication-related risk, and support safer clinical decision-making. My work includes AI-enabled and web-based clinical decision support systems, healthcare workflow applications, research coordination platforms, and patient education tools built from real frontline needs in intensive care, diabetes care, and hospital-based practice. I am particularly interested in responsible AI, patient safety, and clinically meaningful digital innovation, with selected public projects and code available on my GitHub portfolio: https://github.com/gurkancamok
