As a Lead Product Designer at Citrix, I create user-friendly and engaging interfaces, using Figma as my main tool. I collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs and expectations of the users and the clients. I have over eight years of experience in UX design, working for different companies in the fintech and healthcare sectors, such as Open Financial Technologies and Apollo 24|7. I have developed and improved the user experience and interface of several applications and websites, using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, and Invision. I have also conducted user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and testing to ensure user satisfaction and feedback. I graduated from Symbiosis International University with a bachelor's degree in industrial and product design, where I learned the fundamentals of design thinking, usability, and aesthetics. I am passionate about creating innovative and intuitive solutions that solve real-world problems and enhance the user experience.
