As Head of ERP Security & Authorizations will be responsible for overseeing the security and authorization processes within the large landscape of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The key responsibilities include Develop and implement an ERP security strategy that aligns with organizational goals and industry best practices. Oversee the design and management of user access controls, ensuring appropriate authorization levels for all ERP users. Conduct regular audits and assessments of ERP security measures and authorization processes to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement. Collaborate with IT, compliance, and business units to ensure that ERP systems meet regulatory and security requirements. Lead incident response efforts related to ERP security breaches or unauthorized access, including investigation and remediation. Provide training and awareness programs for employees on ERP security best practices and compliance requirements. Stay current with emerging trends in ERP security and authorization technologies, recommending enhancements as necessary. Manage relationships with external vendors and stakeholders to ensure effective security solutions are in place.
