My personality itself defines my strengths. Being organized both mentally and physically was and is one of my biggest strength. Since I started my life as a HR Manager at Cordwainers, it was important to be able to juggle tasks and keep things in order. In school, I balanced homework, Finance Club meetings and dance classes. I still using filling system, To-do lists and email reminders to stay on track. To prepare for important deadlines, is one of my distinguish skill as a Businessman. I used to create detailed study plans to help me memorize important information. I use the same method to remember information about people I meet.
