My personality itself defines my strengths. Being organized both mentally and physically was and is one of my biggest strength. Since I started my life as a HR Manager at Cordwainers, it was important to be able to juggle tasks and keep things in order. In school, I balanced homework, Finance Club meetings and dance classes.
