1. Sales range: mainly responsible for wind power, mobile machinery market etc.in northeast of China; 2. Sales responsibilities: A. Maintain and improve relatonship with existing customers; B. Develop the new market and follow up the new projects ( technology solutions, quotations, signing technical agreements, signing contracts and executions ); C. Distributors, agents development and management; D. Market analysis, competitor analysis etc.; E. Make monthly, quarterly sales plan, and carries on the corresponding month, season work summary, report to department manager, and control the sales expense; F. To complete the annual sales task; G. Charge of the area of outstanding payment of project payment collection; H. Sale the stock; I. Assisting to solve after-sale problems; J.Complete the tasks that be siged by the leader. 3. The mainly customers are:SBW、NHI、SANYHE、A-POWER、TEWIN、SIASUN、CRE、CNYD、SUT、N.TRAFFIC、SANYOHE、FUWA、YONGMAO、DHI.DCW、YILIY、HAINUO、MCC、HE、IMM、QRRS......。 Reason for Leaving: good development Achievements: before 2009, the company northeast performance is "0". 2010:the contract is RMB 2,000,000. 2011:the contract is RMB 8,500,000.
Duties: -Making the technical project, technical negotiations and the signing of the agreement. -Remain good relationship with old customers in the Northeast Area (such as: Changchun Generating Equipment Co., LTD., Fushun Excavator Co., Ltd., etc.). -Developing new market and customers( such as: Harebin Zhongxin Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd., NEPDI, LEPDI, JEPDI, HEPDI, Shenyang North Traffic Heavy Industry Group, etc.) -Making regulated market research: Product applications (including: Wind power, engineering machinery, bulk material machinery, mining machinery, and design, power plants, terminals, ports, ships, aerospace, steel, petrochemical, specialty machinery, etc.), key enterprises etc. -Making the regulated market area analysis (where the regional market share reducer, our share and the competitors’ share, etc.), characteristics and the market trends. -Establishing the key enterprise files (including: business output, purchases related products, annual sales target, the rate of achievement& growth, our share and the competitors’ share in this enterprise), improving programs and measures. -Achieve the yearly sales value. -Develop and coordinate partners in Northeast ( Liaoning, Jilin and Heilongjiang) -Cooperating with related Strategy Business Area colleagues to catch up business -Develop and follow new business in industrial sectors independently. -Coaching for new recruits : product technical knowledge, sales skills, etc. Reason for Leaving: GOOD WORK CHANCE Achievements: Achievements: -New customer: Harebin Zhongxin Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd.
