Corporate startup for D2C e-commerce of high-quality drawer inserts for a happy home. Responsible for logistics and shop infrastructure, customer understanding, IT, and scaling initiatives. Part of the founding team, built the venture from the ground up, from idea validation to scaling.
The Entrepreneurial Leadership Program (ELP) by AustrianStartups is a highly selective, year-long fellowship designed to develop future founders and innovation leaders. Through workshops, mentorship, and hands-on challenges, it fosters innovation, leadership, and real-world problem-solving.
- Currently sergeant of the ready reserve in the 2nd engineers battalion (PiB 2) - Attending exercises, leadership courses, and seminars
- Trained as an engineer’s section commander in the Austrian Army
- Responsible for connecting uniforce to the Austrian startup scene and organizing networking events - Led a team of consultants for internal work and client projects
