I deliver consultancy and project management on industrial digitalization: - Analyze business- and manufacturing processes; - Help to upgrade operations to Industry 4.0 level and operational excellence, using lean six sigma and agile techniques; - Assist in product and process innovation; - Set up real time visualization - KPI's and data driven decision making; - Guide SME's on their route to a digital ecosystem; I manage projects in pharmaceutical manufacturing, 3D printing and assembly lines for automotive.
