Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Boğaziçi University with hands-on experience in business operations, sales enablement, and marketing automation. Currently working as Sales Operations Manager at Microsoft, developing data-driven solutions in forecasting, CRM, and ABM. Gained international experience through an Erasmus+ internship in Spain and an exchange program in Austria. Passionate about process optimization, market research, and leveraging technology for business impact. Fluent in English and Turkish, good at Spanish, learning German and French.
● Spearheaded an AI-powered forecast comment automation project using Power BI and Azure OpenAI, adopted by Greece and Adriatic subsidiaries for C-level decision-making. ● Independently developed a snapshot-based pipeline change tracking system to monitor opportunity status, forecast updates, and closures—enabling daily visibility and strategic actions by leadership. ● Produced AI-generated multilingual videos with translation and lip-sync for internal briefings, improving regional communication and engagement. ● Supported multiple departments with tailored data analyses, C-level presentations, and Sales Navigator insights to drive partner strategy and field alignment.
