- Develop outcome-driven UX design for Expedia’s One Key Credit Card product, converting research into impactful experiences that drive business metrics (e.g., STM tests: +250% CTR; +200% increase in approved cardholders at Checkout). - Design and iterate cardholder-facing messaging and flows that scale across traffic (e.g., “Up to 9%” messaging → ~6% uplift in approvals; BEX placement drove ~35k new cardholders in one month). - Own end-to-end delivery in Figma using EGDS — high-fidelity screens, branching, accessibility annotations, and developer-ready specs that reduce implementation ambiguity. - Manage complex, partner-facing compliance and audit workstreams. - Partner closely with PMs, engineers, and legal to align design decisions with roadmap priorities, technical constraints, and regulatory requirements. - Run regular cross-functional ceremonies and syncs to increase visibility, accelerate decisions, and maintain project cadence. - Prototype rapidly and lead usability testing to validate concepts and inform rollout decisions; synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs into decision-ready artifacts. - Champion accessibility best practices across delivery files and tooling, run training sessions, and perform accessibility UAT to minimize regressions. - Reduce stakeholder friction by producing clear artifacts and presenting rationale to internal and external partners; routinely interfaces directly with partner bank reviewers. - Mentor peers on Figma workflows, accessibility annotations, and design-system patterns to raise team-wide delivery quality and consistency. - Use data-informed tradeoffs to prioritize work and iterate on experiments that deliver measurable product and business outcomes.
Responsibilities; - Apply different methods to understand the business need such as preparing refinement questions, organizing workshops. - Determine the research method with the research team, deciding where to get the data at the beginning of the project. - Analyse problems by using qualitative and quantitative research methods and create solutions. - Prepare customer journey maps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and validate them through iterations with optimization and research teams. - Transfer solutions to the UI, content, creative design teams and follow the project. - Work collaboratively with the development and business teams and present the prioritized long and short-term suggestions. - Share the strategic solutions with upper management and the other departments. - Offer suggestions to work efficiently among the design teams and the other departments.
