- End-to-end management of a holistic compensation framework across all companies within the Hepsiburada ecosystem - Preparation and governance of annual budgets covering compensation, benefits, incentive schemes, and HR consulting costs - Implementation of performance management and 360-degree feedback processes across the organization from both a system and culture perspective - End-to-end management of employee benefits, including standardization and continuous improvement initiatives - Design, structuring, and implementation of incentive and bonus models aligned with organizational structures and business needs - Coordination and management of HR transformation and digitalization projects under a unified HR framework - Design and end-to-end management of promotion processes, ensuring a consistent system and process experience across the organization
