ebebek is a chain of websites and stores that meets all the needs of the mother and the baby 24 hours a day, starting from prenatally up to 4 years of age; with quality products, friendly staff, high service standards, affordable prices, unlimited information and after sales support. ebebek.com is Turkey's first online store in baby products. Following the success of its website, ebebek has switched to physical store by applying the rare 'click to brick' business model in the world. Although my main task at ebebek is Business Analysis and Test Management, I work as Project Manager in all projects. I ensure our business units and 3rd party companies are directed in accordance with the corporate architecture of ebebek in all matters that directly or indirectly affect ebebek's online sales channels (ebebek.com, IOS/Android/Huawei Apps, retail store kiosks). • New Mobile Applications Project - a project that was born after ebebek published its first mobile applications in 2013, covering the need for a new UI/UX and back-end improvements. • SAP Hybris Upgrade - in order to manage the basic functions of online sales channels such as customer, order and promotion, ebebek has been using SAP Hybris product, a corporate omnichannel and product content management software, since 2016. Regular updating of new Hybris versions released by SAP by making benefit analysis. • ebebek.com International Sales - New cargo integrations, localization improvements, changes in price infrastructure and product catalogs • Marketplace Integrations - Preparation of product data feeds to be transmitted to the marketplaces (ProductsUp), supply chain management independent of the ebebek sales channels (stock, store, etc.) • Domestic and International Payment Integrations: management of BKM Express, Türkiye İş Bankası Alternative Payment Methods (Sofort, Alipay, Giropay, etc.), GarantiPay, Payten MSU projects and leading of analysis test process
• Türk Ekonomi Bankası (TEB) – I provided consultancy to the Commercial Credits Analysis team of TEB on the subjects of business analysis, project management and software testing. • Yapı ve Kredi Bankası (YKB) - I provided consultancy to the Personal Loans Analysis team on the subjects of business analysis and software testing. Together with FICO company, the fraud project, which covers all loan application stages of YKB, has been completed.
