Currently progressing through courses on adaptability, growth mindset, and structured problem solving.
I am currently serving as the vice president of the Boğaziçi Genç TEMA Community. I am in charge of the community's daily operations and management, ensuring that activities and projects align with the goals set by the board of management. I manage club activities, ensuring effective project planning and collaboration among the teams. I carry out in-person events and social media content, which has resulted in noticeable increases in community engagement and new member recruitment. In our community, which we built from scratch, we took first place in Istanbul for member growth in our first term and placed second in Marmara region among Genç TEMA groups within our very first year.
In order to grow the TEMA community, I was responsible for managing the community's social media platforms for content creation and daily management of its social media accounts -primarily Instagram- to raise environmental awareness. I planned and produced original & engagement-focused content on environmental issues, aligned with the community's mission. I increased event attendance and the account's interaction by designing stories and posts for event announcements.
I managed the planning and execution of environmental awareness focused events. In this position, I was responsible for the planning and execution of a wide range of organizations, from nature walks to awareness campaigns.
Observed courtroom proceedings, reviewed various petition formats and examined drafting techniques. Gained working knowledge of UYAP, including case file monitoring and electronic submission procedures. Developed skills in legal analysis, drafting, and professional communication in a law firm environment.
