Leading the strategic transformation and integration of Ritter Courivaud foodservice operations into Musgrave’s UK supply chain. Driving operational excellence through warehouse expansion, digital automation, and cross-functional collaboration. Focused on building a scalable, technology-enabled supply chain aligned with the Group’s Vision 2030.
Established end to end SC from scratch and effective operations in a very fast paced environment. Responsibility for planning, replenishment, inventory integrity and logistics.
Created and implemented an Operational Efficiency change programme nationally. Managed the identification and design of new transport and warehouse systems to drive improvements and ways of working. Successfully identified process changes and established a robust change management framework to deliver across multiple sights ensuring stakeholder engagement and buy in. Created a solid platform for business growth supported by a continuous improvement approach in operations.
Expanded the current cash&carry business model of MCC Turkey, to the food service business sector and successfully deployed this approach. This involved implementing new IT systems in 6 new distribution centres and warehouses. This was taken as a blueprint and subsequently worked with HQ Düsseldorf to develop the implementation model to MCC countries. Full responsibility for operational management plus the food service channel P&L.
