Over more than 25 years I have guided business families in Latin America, Europe, and the United States, in the process of designing family protocols, professionalization processes, effective decision making, and conflict resolution, through proven models and methodologies with a client's high satisfaction level. I’m also an active teacher in family business issues around the world, addressing lessons to owners of wealth and the professionals that guide them.
