Senior Quality and Logistics Manager with +20 years of experience in increasing responsibility positions in Quality Area. As department manager I have faced several challenging situations with customers and suppliers. Starting an operation from green field for NAFTA region customers such as: GM, Ford and FCA with Johnson Controls in Mexico; to the stabilization and eventual reduction of 35% of customer complaints with Robert Bosch in Mexico; to start, lead and guide a new depart with diverse cultures and profiles for Japanese/Chinese customers with Robert Bosch in the Netherlands. I bring to the organization an array of experience and technical knowledge in processes such as GMAW and steel stamping, powertrain manufacture, plastic injection, problem solving abilities and excellent communication skills. During these years I have been able to work and successfully transition from QS-9000 to ISO/TS 16949 to recently IATF 16949; I possess a strong knowledge of statistical tools and GD&T, core tools (PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC).
