Experiencia en diseño y desarrollo de proyectos
I'm currently working on the design, planning and excecution of new stores, distribution centre, offices, and workshops of The Caribbean region for the group, as well for the current stores; moreover, I have on charge design the architectural and visual standards for the brands in The Caribbean for Unicomer group.
I worked as a general construction supervisor in different projects. I was on charge of develop the construction phase for several projects in different fields; for instance, residential, retail and a health clinic. Furthermore, I lead the construction of several houses in Portal del Casco from scratch, until finishes phase. My obligations included the technical supervision, administrative and financial control. During the execution of this projects, I designed and proposed interior upgrades for the projects I had been involved; as a result, the client had better and more efficient results.
I started as a project manager assistant for Citibank in CITI Piramide, San Marcos and Venezuela in El Salvador and then as a project manager for CitiBank in CITI Centrica, Guatemala. My obligations included, technical supervision, administrative control and financial analysis, including forecast appreciation of expenses. As an architect, I as well had on charge projects to develop from the design, such a food service and retail companies, and I worked as a construction supervisor, building mostly stores with experience in El Salvador and Guatemala.
I worked in the commission for the architectural design and build of 'Monseñor Oscar Romero' Beatification 'Templete' (a temporal scenario where the ceremony took place) in 'El Salvador del Mundo' As part of the work we designed the 'Templete', did a master plan which included the places around where the people gathered to watch the ceremony. As a member of the commission, We had on charge the supervision of the construction works, weeks before the event.
