Hello everyone! I work in KPMG in the debt advisory department, helping companies to structure debt transactions, from restructuring to CAPEX financing. We accompany our clients from the structuring to the formalization of the transactions. Previously, I worked in the banking sector in the Corporate & Investment Banking division in Banco Sabadell for 13 years: • Firstly, in Corporate Banking in Spain managing the accounts of some of the main construction companies in Spain (FCC, Aldesa, Sacyr, etc); • In 2014 Banco Sabadell decided to open a new bank in Mexico City and I moved to Mexico to lead the Construction and Infrastructure sector in Corporate Banking. • After 5 years the bank decided to focus on investment banking and I decided to came back to Spain as Director of Private Debt Financing in the Investment Banking team, where we channel the liquidity of institutional investors to corporates. I have always followed new projects which has allowed me to never stagnate and always have new challenges in front of me. Within this job role, I participated in big projects such as the financing of the New Mexico City Airport, AeroMéxico's fleet "Pre-Delivery Payments, " and government highway concessions. I was responsible for conducting financial analysis of the transactions to improve decision-making.
