Engaged international organizations in the promotion of Human Rights Due Diligence as the basis for a Corporate Social Responsibility, sustainability strategy and related risks.
Implementation of an internal equipment delivery system reducing 16 hours of daily overtime of equipment setting and expected around 20% hours reduction for food portioning and tray setting. Implemented successfully the international GateOpex standard for operational excellence.
Development of a Corporate Social Responsibility culture within Aegon's subsidiary Seguros Argos, S.A. de C.V. Successfully obtaining the 2009 CSR Award and the nomination for 2010 best practices on CSR for the program "Micro insurance for poor communities".
