For the past years, I have been involved in identifying, structuring and executing real estate opportunities across Spain, operating through different investment vehicles and focusing on value creation, repositioning and long-term asset ownership. Alongside our development activity, we are increasingly active in the hospitality sector, sourcing and advising on off-market hotel investment opportunities for selected investors, family offices and operators. Our role typically involves deal origination, structuring and strategic support throughout the acquisition process. I maintain a deliberately low-profile approach, prioritising discretion, long-term relationships and trusted partnerships. My work is built on disciplined execution, confidentiality and a strong focus on prime locations and high-quality assets.
