In charge of the technical relationship at the C-Level of one of our most strategic partners in Security and Sovereignty. This required me to act as a CTO trusted advisor, providing guidance on cloud, data, and AI strategies. I lead a cross-functional team of experts working on this partner to articulate the total value of each technical solution and our overall partnership. Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the Middleware technologies to client business in EMEA zone. Facilitation of customer product understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell. Creation of multiples demos/integrations on different domains with different technologies based on Java, NodeJS and/or Javascript (like Sites Cloud Service, Oracle JET, Oracle WebCenter Sites, Mobile Cloud Service and Mobile Application Framework) in order to demonstrate and sell the capabilities that the Oracle Cloud offers through its PaaS and SaaS solutions.
Analyse, design and Java EE development of a CTI solution based on Genesys and destined to big client with international dimension for some of them. Also implementation and Apex development of a CTI solution for the Salesforce CRM.
